• You have to ensure that the manner of using the information does not suggest that you have official status or a privileged relationship with a public entity;
• You have to make sure not to distort or to misrepresent the information;
• The use of the information should not breach any personal data protection rights, confidentiality obligations established by law or any other obligation imposed by a legal provision.

This license is not applicable to:

• Personal data, if they exist or could be interpreted from the published information;
• Information that has not been published under the law on free access to public interest information or the law on reusing information from public institutions; this also applies to information that has been published by an author who did not mention the license.
• Insignia, logos or crests belonging to public institutions, except in cases where these are part of a document or a database.
• Military insignia.
• Cases where the rights of a third party are breached by a licensor who does not have the right to license in the name of that third party.
• Information protected by intellectual property rights.

The licensee has the obligation to ensure that the manner in which he/she uses the Information does not constitute a breach of the rights of a third party, especially copyright or related rights, brand rights, patrimonial rights or any other rights, and does not constitute a defamation, a violation of the right to private life or any other sort of illegal activity regarding any other third party.
