My Life II... The Journey Continues (Act 1) è il decimo album in studio della cantante R&B statunitense Mary J. Blige. Si tratta del seguito del suo secondo album studio, My Life, pubblicato nel 1994. I due singoli ufficiali finora estratti dall'album sono 25/8 e Mr. Wrong (Feat. Drake). Tra le altre canzoni contenute dall'album è da citare The Living Proof. La canzone, brano portante della colonna sonora del film The Help, è stata nominata ai Golden Globe 2012 come miglior canzone originale, perdendo in favore di Masterpiece di Madonna.
Promozione
